Strathbogie Shire Council is inviting community feedback on its draft Customer Service Charter, with consultation having opened on Monday 27 October and which will run until 24 November 2025.
The Charter outlines the service standards residents can expect when interacting with council and how both parties can work together to ensure respectful, clear, and constructive communication.
“Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do; it’s how we build trust, deliver better outcomes, and stay connected with our community,” Mayor Ewart-Kennedy said.
“We want this charter to reflect what matters most to you.”
