Pouring buckets of ice and icy cold water over the staff at Euroa Secondary College has become an annual tradition on the school's calendar - a day when students get their light-hearted revenge on teachers and staff.
The event supports research into Motor Neurone Disease (MND), and each year more volunteers put up their hands to take part, or more accurately, to be drenched with icy water.
This year, there were two themes: staff members donned ESC uniforms, while senior students chose to parody their teachers.
It should be noted that all volunteers were very brave, and none wore a raincoat.
Students were selected to do the honours through the names-out-of-a-hat system, giving them the rare privilege of tipping a bucket of ice and water over their teachers.
The entire school gathered to watch and cheered loudly as each volunteer was soaked, their confident grins quickly turning to shocked expressions.
Wet, freezing, and resembling soggy shivering messes, these volunteers deserve a round of applause.
A huge thank you to the staff and students who were willing to become human icy poles in the name of charity.
